Paint Lok 550 is a liquid iron phosphate product especially formulated for use in three or five stage spray washers or in pressure washer systems. It contains a blend of highly effective biodegradable surfactants that will effectively remove soils, oils, and other contaminants while simultaneously depositing a high quality iron phosphate coating. Paint Lok 550 contains an ingredient that keeps sludge and scale build-up off the inside and outside of the risers and washer interior. This enables you to operate over an extended period of time without purging or descaling your washer. The nozzles stay cleaner longer and require less attention than with most conventional iron phosphate products.

Product Safety Information
Contains Phosphoric Acid. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. DO NOT INGEST. When handling, wear rubber gloves, goggles and other appropriate equipment or clothing to avoid skin contact. Avoid contact with clothing. Should contact occur, flush skin with water; for eyes, flood with large amounts of water for 15 minutes and get medical attention. If ingestion occurs, DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Rinse mouth, drink water and get medical attention immediately. Read the Material Safety Data sheet before using. Use in well ventilated area. Do not mix with chlorinated products.
