Cleaner 400 is an alkaline cleaner formulated for use in spray washer operations. It incorporates a unique blend of surfactants and corrosion inhibitors that are stable over a wide temperature range and thus maintain their effectiveness. A high tolerance for contamination provides for sustained cleaning power and longer tank life. When parts are not rinsed, Cleaner 400 provides excellent short term corrosion inhibition. Cleaner 400 is especially suited for removal of light oils such as quenching oils. Cleaner 400 does not emulsify such oils but floats them to the solution surface for reclamation and recycling.
