Cleaner 310 is a buffered alkaline detergent that provides oxygen to penetrate carbon or protein soils. Cleaner 310 was formulated to be a CIP cleaner and is safe on a wide variety of surfaces including stainless steel, aluminum, and plastics. Cleaner 310 is very effective in removing protein soils found on brew kettles, fermenters, conditioning tanks, filters.
